Privacy Policy

Last updated: 2 May 2026 · This is a pre-launch waitlist policy. A full Privacy Policy will follow at platform launch.

Pre-launch policy. This page covers only the email waitlist on conqher.net. The full ConqHer platform — with athlete profiles, messaging, verification, and so on — has its own (much longer) privacy policy that will be published before sign-ups for the platform open.

Who we are

ConqHer is a trading name of Rusty Belt Ltd ("we", "us"), a company registered in England & Wales, building a safety-first sports platform for female athletes. For the purposes of UK GDPR we are the data controller of the waitlist data described below. You can reach us at hello@conqher.net.

What we collect on this page

If you join the waitlist on the homepage, we collect:

That's it. No name, no phone number, no address, no payment data, no tracking pixels.

Why we collect it

Lawful basis under UK GDPR Article 6(1)(a): your explicit consent, given by ticking the consent box on the form. You can withdraw consent at any time (see "Your rights" below) and it does not affect any processing carried out before withdrawal.

How long we keep it

Until either (a) you ask us to delete it, or (b) ConqHer launches and you either join the platform (in which case your record migrates under the platform's privacy policy) or you decline (in which case we delete your waitlist record within 30 days). If ConqHer does not launch, we delete all waitlist data within 90 days of confirming non-launch.

Who sees it

Inside Rusty Belt Ltd, the founder and any future BD/community lead working on ConqHer. Externally, our infrastructure providers process the data on our behalf:

We do not sell your data. We do not share it with marketing partners. We do not use it for advertising.

International transfers

Our processors (Supabase, Netlify) are US-headquartered. Where data is transferred outside the UK / EEA we rely on Standard Contractual Clauses ("SCCs") and the UK International Data Transfer Addendum, as published by their respective providers.

Your rights under UK GDPR

You have the right to:

To exercise any of these rights, email hello@conqher.net. We aim to respond within 14 days and we won't charge a fee for reasonable requests.

Cookies and analytics

We use Google Analytics 4 (GA4) to measure aggregate visit patterns — page views, traffic sources, scroll depth, and button clicks. GA4 sets first-party cookies named _ga and _ga_* that distinguish unique visitors. We do not use these to identify individuals, sell data, or serve advertising; only to understand how the waitlist page is performing.

We do not run any other analytics, advertising cookies, or tracking pixels. Operational cookies set by Netlify (for serving the page itself) contain no personal data.

To opt out: install the official Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on, or use your browser's "Reject all cookies" or "Do Not Track" setting.

Changes to this policy

If we materially change how we use waitlist data we will email everyone on the waitlist before the change takes effect, and you will be free to withdraw your consent.
